Mesqo is a different category entirely - a roasted mesquite espresso that happens to be naturally caffeine-free. Here's what's in the pod.

Naturally caffeine-free
Not decaffeinated - there's simply no caffeine in the mesquite pod to begin with. No solvents, no extraction, no trace amounts.
High in dietary fibre
Mesquite pods are roughly 25% fibre by composition. That's high for any roasted ingredient - and something coffee and decaf can't offer at all.
Mineral content
Contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron - naturally present in the pod, not added in.
Low acidity
Gentler on the stomach than coffee. If acidity is the reason you've cut coffee out, mesquite espresso gives you the ritual back.

No grinder needed - use straight from the bag at the same dose as coffee.
French press
4 minute steep. Same coffee-to-water ratio. Rich and full-bodied result.
Pour-over
Same grind ratio as filter coffee. Clean, smooth, slightly lighter body.

No changes to your usual method. The natural caramel finish needs no sweetener.
